Farhad Saghar was born in educated family in Kabul, Afghanistan. He completed his high school in Lesae Ansari, and then went to the University Of PohnZai Hunarai Zeba, studied music and finished it with a high degree. He started his music career in 1980 at that current time he had 20 songs in Afghanistan Radio, and 10 songs in Afghanistan Mele Tv. In addition, on 1985 it was a big festival in Afghanistan all the Afghan singers from Afghanistan TV was attended it was about 500 singers. With the help of Great judges, such as Ustad Sarahang, Ustad Mahwash, Ustad Saleem Sarmast, Ustad Nangialay, Ustad Ismael Khan, and Ustad Arman from all those other singers only two singers were nominated and got the first place. Was Farhad Saghar and Rahim Meheryar which was a big success to Farhd Saghar that Ustad Sarahang had handed him his degree. In addition to his music Career Farhad Saghar was a businessmen and had his own company called "Saghar's Limited" and he was importing and exporting products and many other items from various countries such as Thailand, Taiwan, China, India, Russia, Germany, and etc. With all his talent and his business Farhad Saghar is a person that love his beautiful country and his respected people. He really love to help his poor people and it is his wish to always help the poor people whenever he can and for the fact he has done a lot of things. He never have a lot of interest on money and he never like money more than his people. As he says in his own words that" My job and duties are to present my beautiful country among other people internationally, and i never sell my Art for money to my people." Mr. Farhad Saghar really love his singers. He never have any unfriendly competition with other singers. Mr. Farhd Saghar had performed several concerts while he was in Afghanistan. Currently he resides in San Francisco California, with his family. The first concert that he had was on Oct of 2001 in Atlanta Ga, with his great and talented son Fawad Saghar. His second Concert was in Toronto Canada, on July 21, 2007. The third concerts that he had with Fawad Saghar was on Oct19, 2007 which was a great success to him and was a big proud for all afghan people. Usually all of his concerts that he have is a success. However, the last one was the biggest becuase he had donated all of the money to his poor people in Afghanistan, Which is really great.
